Gourmet salad with Pears/Walnuts & Balsamic Pistachio Vinaigrette
> Mixed greens (Dole blend European, Butter Lettuce, etc.)
> 1 Asian Pear – sliced thin
> ¼ cup candied or roasted Walnuts
> ½ cup Gorgonzola cheese
> Toss greens with walnuts, cheese and vinaigrette. Lay sliced pears across top and serve immediately.

Fresh Mozzarella & Tomato Salad with Balsamic Pistachio Vinaigrette
> 1 pound vine – ripened tomatoes – chopped or sliced
> 1 pound fresh mozzarella (sliced or balls)
> Fresh Basil
> Mix chopped (or layer if sliced) tomatoes and mozzarella with basil. Add vinaigrette and toss. Serve room temperature.

Pan Roasted Salmon with Balsamic Pistachio Vinaigrette
> Fresh Salmon fillets
> Balsamic Pistachio Vinaigrette
> Fresh lemon
> Marinate fillets in vinaigrette/lemon juice for a few hours. Roast in olive oil over medium heat until done.

Saucy Dreams Pizza

Chicken Tarragon with Jalapeno Pepper Jack Cheese, Blanched Asparagus, Strawberries and Cream for dessert.

Chicken Tarragon
> Boneless breast of chicken sprinkled with tarragon spice - bake at 350 degrees until done. Pull out of oven, top chicken with jalapeno pepper jack cheese, place back in oven and melt cheese.
Just heat and pour sauce over the Chicken Tarragon.

Asparagus
> Bring water to boil, add asparagus, boil asparagus for about 2 minutes, pull off stove top- run under cold water, plate when ready. Just heat and pour sauce over the Blanched Asparagus.

Strawberries and Cream
> Place strawberries on a plate, top off and surround with whipped cream. Just heat and pour sauce over the Strawberries and Cream.

Fresh Mozzarella and Tomato Salad
> Toss together fresh mozzarella balls and grape tomatoes.
> Add chilled Cranberry Citrus Creation and mix well.

Barbecue Chicken
> Marinate chicken in Saucy Dreams Cranberry Citrus Creation for one hour.
> Toss on the grill and baste with sauce while cooking.

Baked Brie with French Bread
> Warm Brie in oven at 350 degrees until it has reached melting consistency.
> Pour sauce over Brie and cook for another 5 minutes.
> Place Brie on a plate with slices of a Baguette or French Bread and enjoy!

Roasted Salmon
> Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
> Caramelize salmon on top of stove.
> Once that is done, put Salmon into a baking dish and pour sauce over it
> Bake until Salmon is done.

Saucy Dreams Pizza
> Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
> Marinate chopped chicken breast in sauce for 30 minutes and sauté until done. Pour more sauce over chicken.
> Prepare pizza dough.
> Add cheese, jalapeno peppers and chicken and cook until crust is cooked.
> Remove pizza from oven and drizzle with more sauce.
> For a white pizza, spread ricotta on dough first and then add the cheese (mozzarella), jalapeno peppers and cooked marinated chicken. Drizzle with more sauce after the pizza is done.

> Shrimp wrapped in Prosciutto, pan-sear, and finish off with Bacon Parmesan Sauce.

> Chicken and assorted vegetables on skewers, grilled and finished off with the Bacon Parmesan Sauce.

Simple Ravioli
> Simple Ravioli, your choice what is filled inside, just boil water – cook the ravioli and poor in heated sauce, plate and enjoy.

Shrimp & Scallop Risotto
> 1 lb. shrimp
> 1 lb. bay scallops
> Risotto-prepared as directed on package and kept hot
> Sauté shrimp and bay scallops in olive oil.
> Once cooked through-add sauce and simmer for 5 minutes until heated through.
> Pour rice onto large serving platter, top with shrimp & scallops.

Vegetable Lasagna
> 1 box no-boil lasagna noodles
> 3 cups of vegetables (your choice), chopped
> Part skim mozzarella cheese – 3 cups
> 2 jars of Bacon Parmesan Sauce

Preheat oven to 375. Spread a bit of sauce in the bottom of a casserole dish. Sauté vegetables in olive oil until translucent. Add both jars of sauce and turn off heat. Place one layer of noodles in the pan. Add enough of the vegetable/sauce mixture to cover and then top with ¾ cup of cheese. Repeat layers 3 more times. Cover with foil and bake for one hour. Remove foil and continue to cook for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
