Lay sliced pears across top and serve immediately.

> 1 pound vine – ripened tomatoes – chopped
or sliced
> 1 pound fresh mozzarella (sliced or balls)

Basil
> Mix chopped (or layer if sliced) tomatoes
and mozzarella with basil. Add vinaigrette and toss.
Serve room temperature.

> Boneless breast of chicken sprinkled with tarragon
spice - bake at 350 degrees until done. Pull
out of oven, top chicken with jalapeno pepper jack cheese, place
back in oven and melt
cheese.
Just heat and pour sauce over the Chicken Tarragon.
Asparagus
> Bring water to boil, add asparagus, boil asparagus
for about
2 minutes, pull off stove top- run under cold
water, plate when ready. Just heat and pour sauce
over the Blanched Asparagus.
Strawberries and Cream
> Place strawberries on a plate, top off and
surround with whipped cream.
Just heat and pour
sauce over the Strawberries and Cream.

pizza, spread ricotta on dough first and then

Lasagna
> 1 box no-boil lasagna noodles

3 cups of vegetables
(your choice), chopped
> Part skim mozzarella cheese – 3 cups

2 jars of Bacon Parmesan
Sauce
Preheat oven to 375. Spread a bit of sauce in the bottom of a casserole
dish. Sauté vegetables in olive oil until translucent. Add
both jars of sauce and turn off heat. Place one layer of noodles in
the pan. Add enough of the vegetable/sauce mixture to cover and then
top with ¾ cup of cheese. Repeat layers 3 more times. Cover
with foil and bake for one hour. Remove foil and continue to cook
for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
